The higher education in the recent age faces so many challenges, among which the cognitive explosion and data and communication revolution .the importance of the cognitive explosion comes out by the ability of the state to invest data and knowledge by the good.

The data and communication revolution is represented by the ability of conveying data , storing ,treating and investing it to escort the fast development and progress which is happening in the world , in addition to plan the suitable educational policies and to achieve the of the university education which fulfill needs and requirements of society.

The importance of the research is to state the readily of education and administrative.

Process from the point of view of the heads of the scientific department in the physical education colleges in Iraq .

the sample of the rascals in a group of the head of the scientific departments in the physical education colleges in Iraq for the academic year2011-2012their number is (32 ) to the main sample of the research whose number (22) .

The main recommended are represented by the interest to develop the communicate between colleges and society which helps to recognize the needs and requirement of progress and development
