The special force of speed is of great importance in most of the activities and sporting events, most of it because it is one of the basic qualities of the components of physical preparation that characterize sports games such as hitting a ball and scoring in football ,and overwhelming beating and landslide transmission in the volleyball.

In individual games that you need for this combined components of strength and speed together.

A comprehensive and integrated preparation for a game according to a scientific method, which is based on the correct choice of methods and means of training, is the basis for the success of training process and weight lifting as any of the games with basic principles of which depends on mastering them by following the best way of training.

The principle of developing power characteristics, characterized by speed, through training and according to modern scientific bases, is one of the important things, especially in the games that need to develop the two elements: power and speed, together at the same time.

The importance of the research is in determining which one of training programs is best in the development of special power with speed by using different weights between (40-75%).

After the two researchers had read the researches and theses for high studies in specified in athletic, the researchers’ attention was drawn to the existence of a difference of opinion in determining the best weight suitable for the development of the power that speed is characterized with, which was identified (40-60%), (55-65) and (50-75%) as well .

Because of the distinctive power of speed, it is one of the most important basis of physical preparation in the game of weightlifting and that is due to what a player needs of physical features, especially the younger ones because of the importance and specificity of this age in the sport of weightlifting as they are the champions of the future.

For that, the two researcher wanted to go through this problem to get to know the best weight for developing the feature of speed power in the young players of weight lifting (lifters) and to find out their relationship to the completion of The fast lifting that need power and speed performance.

The research aims to: - identifying the impact of training programs for different weights emphasized in the development of distinctive power of speed to the muscles of the arms and the achievement of lifters in the fast lifting.
