The study aimed at identifying the level of Interest in small wins at Principlas in the capital governorate in Kuwait and its realationship with administrative excellence.

The study sample consisted of (468) teachers, in the capital governorate in Kuwait, the study found that the level of attention to small wins with the principals in the capital governorate in Kuwait from the teachers perspective came highly, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (a <0.05) of perceptions study participants about the level of Interest to small wins with the principals in the capital governorate in Kuwait and teachers point of view due to gender and academic qualifications and experience, and the results showed that the administrative excellence among school principals in the capital governorate in Kuwait and teachers point of view within the grade estimate high level, the study found that there were no statistically significant differences at (a ≤ 0.05) in the perceptions of the study sample some level of administrative excellence among school principals in the capital governorate in Kuwait and teachers point of view due to gender and academic qualifications and experience, and the results showed a positive correlation between the areas of interest for small wins with school principals in the capital governorate in Kuwait and the level of administrative excellence from the teachers' point of view.

Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the need to increase efforts to implement small wins and interest in them, and the allocation of adequate time, and reward outstanding efforts as well, and the existence of a common understanding of the efforts of school administrators in the field of small wins to create a general culture appreciates excellence in schools.

This underlines the need for a transparent, fair rewards systems, to encourage attention to small achievements.
