This study turns spotlight on the bodily harm as one of the most serious harms a person may encounter.

Study focuses on the aggravation of bodily harm as this type of harm is subject to change with time: the injury resulting from physical harm may get more serious leading to the death of the injured.

Prices also may soar at the time of compensation estimation, and accordingly damage value increases than it was at the time of harm occurrence.

Aggravation of harm after its occurrence renders amount of compensation and extent of harm disproportional, and hence it may be crucial to demonstrate the extent of harmed party's right to claim a compensation increase for the harm aggravated after the issuance of final verdict.

Due to the absence of legal provisions in this regard, study undertakes to provide answers for all raised questions by referring back to general rules on harmful acts.
