The referendum on the new Moroccan constitution in July 2011, which varied readings and perspectives around it, between supporters of the methodology and implications brought as necessary step towards democracy.

And between contrary to these contents and its directions, considering that the constitutional reform did not respond to the demand of the establishment of parliamentary monarchy.

In this direction, this paper attempts to adopt an analytical approach to the Morocco's new constitutional document analysis, based on monitoring of the most important developments that came out in the framework of the relationship between the authorities and the nature of the political system that produced this document.
