The research aims to detect problems that hinder teaching of Islamic Education in Middle School in Arab Islamic Schools in Mali relating to the following aspects (Content, Teaching methods and Teaching aids, Teacher, Student, Evaluation).

The researcher used in this research descriptive approach and the research community consists all of Islamic Education teachers in Middle School in Arab Islamic Schools in Mali, who are about (124) teachers, and the research sample was selected among the research community randomly.

The research sample consisted of (85) teachers.

The researcher used the questionnaire as tool to collect the data.

The research came to the following results: Most of Islamic Education`s subjects focus on the development of conservation and memorization skills.

The content of Islamic Education`s textbooks stays for long time without developing.

Rareness of educational sessions for Islamic Education`s teachers on how to use teaching aids.

Lack of Islamic Education Teachers` salaries.

Parents don`t discipline their children behavior well at home.

Not using modern evaluation methods.

According to the results, the researcher presented the following main recommendations: Necessity to focus Islamic Education`s subjects on development of all skills of conservation and memorization and critique and reasoning and other skills.

The content of Islamic Education`s textbooks must be evaluated and developed constantly.

Necessity to organize educational sessions for Islamic Education`s teachers on how to use teaching aids.

School Officials should increase the Islamic Education`s teachers` salaries.Teachers need to incite students` parents to be stricter on their children
