The research aims at defining The personalization of power and its relationship to The Dark Triad of personality For Students of College Law - University of Qadisiyah.

And the number of the respondents (200) students were chosen random manner.

To measure this goal has been to build the personalization of power scale, which is in its final form (22) items, and build dark of personality scale, which is in its final form (24) items extracted for each of the instruments the terms of validity and reliability and the use of appropriate statistical methods.

She search results that the students of college of Law - University of Qadisiyah not have the personalization of power, and there is a difference is statistically significant in the personalization of power in accordance with the type variable (male, female) The results also showed that the students of college of Law have narcissism, and there is no difference in the dark triad of personality according to the type variable.

The research found that there are correlation between the personalization of power and the dark triad of personality.
