The study aims Levels of Psychological burnout measure to the research sample and identify the relationship between Psychological burnout and psychological pressure and self-concept among football referees, provided the hypothesis of the existence of a correlation between burnout and stress psychological and self-concept among football referees .

The researcher has used all of burnout rulers scale preparation of Robert Weinberg wenberg Luigi Richardson and scale tennessee the self-concept and measure the psychological pressure of the rulers prepare Haider ghadban, the researcher used descriptive approach on a sample of 25 of Chlef football referees, the researcher used SPSS for processing statistical results, terms of results yielded the combustion levels psychological were high among football referees as there was a correlation between the dimensions of sychological burnout and the dimensions of psychological pressure.

Regarding the presence of correlation between the dimensions of burnout and the dimensions of self-concept among football referees and the correlation between the stress dimensions and the dimensions of self-concept.
