Information revolution has caused a huge progress in all aspects, including the legal one.

Internet is one of the vehicles through which administrative bodies can transform their activities and works from traditional administration to electronic one so that they can provide a high standard community service.

Among the said activities are the electronic decisions which are deemed one of the most important administrative activities being one of the manifestations of legal powers and privileges used by the dept to realize general interest.

Through an analytical descriptive approach, study provided a definition for electronic decision; explained how individual will of the management can be electronically expressed; and set forth components of electronic decision.

It also set forth enforcement and implementation of electronic decision; ways of electronic declaration and notification, etc.

Study summed up with many recommendations, including the following: introduction of a law tackling technical issues related to electronic administrative decision and implementation of electronic administration system in all tasks to catch up with latest developments in the legal arena.
