In addition to its key aim of demonstrating the role of financial factor in countering sport crimes, study aims to throw spotlight on the English experiment in this regard by discussing its effectiveness in curtailing stadium riot.

Setting forth forms of financial sanctions, study summed up with a host of findings, including that criminal activity, like all other activities, is based on cost and benefit, so it is of a paramount importance to increase the cost of crime.

It also summed up with that financial penalties and liberty - depriving ones aim to rectify behaviors of convicts.

Study recommended revising discipline regulations at all sport unions; activating the penalty of freezing sport activity of clubs involved in sport related crimes; activating international unions control over national ones; teaching sport morals course in all educational levels and speedy adjudication of sport crimes.

It finally stressed the importance of uplifting police force performance in order to be able to counter sport crimes, and establishing a syndicate consisting of representatives from all fans associations with the aim of curtailing fanaticism and easing communication with concerned authorities
