Human Resources are regarded as the basis for economic and social activity and they have a great impact on the counties and societies’ development in different domains, such as economy, society, culture and sport.

Based on the role that human resources play in the achievement of such development, counties in general gave a great importance to the development of the Manpower in different processes.

This may begin even before the starting of a specific institution or administration, brushing up the skills to these resources is also done and this was through education’s programs with all its steps besides to the professional training which is also needed.

Human resources must be given a great interest by the policies that the institutions of sport deal with in relation to human investment (since the nature of this study is about the scope of sport), and this should be done in accordance with the different challenges that the institutions face such as the technological development.

To guarantee the stability, continuity, development and prosperity, it is needed to exploit such technological development in the management of sport in a proper way and this is what each management of sport is seeking to achieve in comparison with the other managements.

In recent years, investment in human resources becomes one of the most developed scopes of managerial development.

The policy of the human investment within the institution of sport does the main processes to develop the skills and the abilities of this strategic resource and to help it to face the challenges that are considered as the result of the technological development.

Besides to this, getting benefit also from and catching up with other developments in different domains, that have good environment of work to achieve prosperity, and thus; helping the development of sport since management is considered as one of the main components and strategic factors for the success, the spread and the development of the scope of sport in general.
