Beyond Christophe's Haitian adventure, which evokes the collective destiny of the African people of today or the constitution of an authentic heritage freely assumed, this piece marks the depersonalization of the black leader obsessed by the Western model Indeed, through the tragedy of King Christophe Aimé Césaire, founder of the Movement political literary negritude, rebels against the grotesque imitation of the Whites in the ways of being and in the action of the Negro African

Au-delà de l'aventure haïtienne de Christophe, qui évoque le destin collectif du peuple africain d'aujourd'hui ou encore la constitution d'un patrimoine authentique et librement assumé, cette pièce marque la dépersonnalisation du dirigeant noir obsédé par le modèle occidental.
En effet, à travers La tragédie du roi ChristopheAimé Césaire, fondateur du mouvement Négritudelittéraire et politique à la fois, s’insurge contre l’imitation grotesque des Blancs dans les manières d’être et d’agir des négro-africains.
