The change in the semiotic structure of the web from Web 1.0 which based on mono content production to the Web 2.0 of open sources, which enables the user to produce and reproduce the informational contents, as well as many changes in the informatics environment, and since the journalistic informational work is a part of the sociological phenomenon of this shift in the Web version in particular, it has become necessary to focus on this important aspect of interactive phenomenon within informatics environment.
