New media studies are approaches trying to pass over face-to-face relations in the real world, to virtual ones, based on a new social reality, controlled by NTICs where communication and interactions are a fertile floor to build what is called virtual communities.

This paper aims a theoretical treatment to the subject of new media and social values structure, emphasizing on new media effects in a context where its usage is growing up increasingly whether in personal level or in social one, leading to the creation of a virtual groups or communities.

The given paper will focus on what is usage and what are its limits by a side, then on the practice level in its relation with the values system, by another.

At the end, this study will try to give an essay about the social values structure in virtual community through new media, basing on scientific literatures in this context.
