The research aims to study the effectiveness of the model is unrealistic in achievement and the development of critical thinking among students of the Faculty of Education, Ibn al-Haytham was the application of research to students for the first phase of the Department of Chemistry and the adoption of the experimental method a posttest for collection and pre and post critical thinking as it has been the students divided into an experimental group (30 students ) studied the adoption of a realistic model and a group control group (30 female students and female students) studied the adoption of the usual way.
