2- Use of the Organization of the knowledge management processes will reduce the time and effort and cost incurred by the organization as a result of data collection, processing and converted into information.

3- Determine the Organization of the resolutions adopted by the processes that enable them to give appropriate priorities of those decisions in accordance with both the importance which the Organization can achieve its goals in the field of operations management.
