This explains why our emergence Emirates Persian Katahirah oriole and Samani in Khorasan and beyond the river, which has enjoyed autonomy in the verdict.

And highlights the importance of studying this subject through the study of the financial aspects and its close association with the Abbasid Caliphate, especially after we found out that the financial and administrative orders linked between Khorasan and Baghdad, but they are similar has focused on the study of coins and centers minted, taxes and their amounts, types and amount of salaries and tender and then exchanged gifts among princes in the east, and between the Abbasids caliphs.

This study addressed the financial relations between the Abbasid Caliphate and the Islamic emirates Orient during the third and fourth centuries AD / ninth and tenth centuries.

Devoted to the study of the administrative and financial side of the Emirates, and their relationship with the Abbasid caliphate in the period suffered from the succession of critical circumstances, of weakness and contraction of the authority as well as a loss of prestige and clout on the remote territories of the parties, so it faced the successors of this critical stage intelligently through exert efforts continued to contain separatism that appeared when the princes of these regions and was at the forefront of these efforts is to recognize the authority of the princes of the Orient and the Islamic legitimize their rule of the Territories and so desirous of connecting Khorasan and the river beyond the Abbasid caliphate and totally Through the study of the financial side we determined that the princes of the Orient to Islamic Tahrien and Elsafarien and Samanids had obtained a great privilege, namely minting and anonymity in coins along with contemporary Abbasid Caliph name them, it is striking that the princes in the Khorasan and beyond the river and private Elsafarien Keep up multiplying the name of the Abbasid Caliph on their money issued in the emirate even after the strained relationship between them and the Abbasid caliph to gain legitimacy to govern these territories.
