The contempt of Spanish Jews who lived under various regimes that have passed on Spain began from Roman rule and the Gothic, which lasted about six centuries, and then the Islamic rule that began in 711 AD, ending with the fall of Granada in 1492, leads us to say that the fact that deserve mention are the Spanish society during the Middle Ages was less interested in this approach the anti-Jewish canon.

This is a result of the existence of social and economic relations between human races in the Iberian Peninsula, but this policy has seen a shift culminated in the establishment of the Spanish Inquisition in 1478 AD by the Catholic Monarchs Isabella of Castile Isabella of Castile (1474- 1504) and King Ferdinand Ergun Ferdinand of aragon (1479- 1516).

It united the Spanish kingdoms in the country after their marriage in 1469 AD.

This study examines the Jews who lived in Spain the situation during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, ever since the reign of Emperor Charles V (1518-1558) until the end of the rule of King Charles II (1665-1700).

Jews have the form of a social minority has been active in all areas of social and economic life, especially after it merged with the rest of Spanish society components.

The research discusses the Catholic Monarchs policy toward the Jews during the fifteenth century, and the position of the Jews from the decisions of the Inquisition, and review the search social and economic conditions for the Jews explaining kings of Spain's policy towards them during the period (1518-1700).
