Economy Policies is one of the major decision makers' preoccupations both in the developed and the developing countries due to the common perception that those policies are the principal determiner for development , but the evaluation of these policies' results manifested in many cases that they didn't contribute to ameliorate the economic development especially in the Arab countries.

As a result, the identification of other development objectives has become a required need as well as focusing on the human aspect , thus, the Millennium Development Goals emerged.

Most or some of Millennium Development Goals has been adopted by most Arab countries.

, including Algeria, which devoted 45.42% of the 2010-2014 Total Public Investment Program to this issue.

This paper aims to preliminary asses to what extent the applied economic policies in Algeria has achieved human development as concerned with the Millennium Development Goals adopted by the United Nations by the beginning of 2015.
