The present research seeks to study the administrative empowerment and its role in promoting administrative innovativeness: an analytical study of the views of managers in a sample of private sector banks managers in Erbil city.

Administrative empowerment is an independent variable, which depends on four dimensions: (Information Sharing, Freedom of act, Independence, and Knowledge Possessing) and administrative innovativeness represents a dependent variable.

To reach the research objectives, descriptive analytical method adopted in dealing with its variables and identified managers in the surveyed banks, who they have serve and experience in banking and work area, and their number (83) managers, that questionnaire form distributed on them, which was designed as a tool for data collection and analysis in the field to identify: That are the respondents' awareness levels towards the role of administrative empowerment dimensions adopted in present research in the administrative innovativeness in the surveyed banks? And a conceptual scheme was developed based on the main hypotheses, that reflecting the nature of the relationship between the dimensions and impact of administrative empowerment in promoting administrative innovativeness, to make sure that the hypotheses are correct and determine the results, they subjected to several statistical tests through SPSS v-18.

The research found several conclusions, most notably: the presence of a significant positive relationship between administrative empowerment dimensions and administrative innovativeness collectively and individually, as well as the strong significant impact of administrative empowerment dimensions collectively and individually in the administrative innovativeness.
