The study aimed to identify doctors' attitudes towards the provision of medical services for the physical disabled in Tabuk region, and its relationship with variables sex, age, and years of experience, to achieve this, a scale trends had been made which is consist of 46 paragraphs spread over three main dimensions: Medical dimension, the social dimension, and psychological dimension.

The study sample consisted of 200 doctors from various specialties distributors according to the study variables.

It has been reached to the implications of the sincerity of the scale, through content sincerity account, where the proportion of arbitrators agreement 80% on the paragraphs language and its relation with the three dimensions- the consist of the scale-.

The study found many of the results including the following: 1.The trends of doctors to provide medical services for people with dynamic disabilities in Tabuk region in general ,were positive and high on each dimension of the scale dimensions and on the scale as a whole, it had the highest positive attitudes among doctors after medical services with a mean and psychological services, and finally the social services.

2.The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between males and females in the positive trends towards the provision of services in every dimension of the medical, psychological dimension, where the differences in favor of females.

3.There are significant differences in the positive trends towards medical services provided to people with dynamic disabilities due to the variable age in two dimensions: the social dimension, and psychological dimension, for the benefit of doctors aged (31-39), while in the social dimension were doctors aged group (30 years and below) are the highest.

In the psychological dimension positive trends were the doctors who reported their experience (40 years) or more higher.

4.The positive trends towards the provision of psychological services for people with dynamic disabilities is higher among doctors who are over 10 years of experience.

While there were no statistically significant differences in any of the three dimensions due to the variable jurisdiction.
