This study deals with the responsibility for air traffic control work as a relatively new responsibility in the world of law in general and in the field of civil aviation in particular, where it did not settle its provisions that not regulate the provisions of an independent international agreement similar to what happened on the responsibility of an air carrier which led to the difference in nature and provisions.

In view of this responsibility, it distinguishes several pop - up provisions from its own nature, it is characterized by the provisions of this responsibility especially for compensation that requires research study in the nature of responsibility for air traffic control which works by investigating the responsibility of air traffic that arise directly during the acts observers carefree in accordance with the general rules in civil liability, as well as the study required to determine the implications of achieving assignment for aerial surveillance work because of its special effects.
