الملخص الإنجليزي

Islam makes his relationship with others, starting on the basis of peace, and if the war forced on him, he takes in his account the ethical rules, and the compact of Humanitarian brotherhood, so it does not exceed military necessity, but he deals with his enemies humanely, and provides them necessary protection, because the humanitarian raises of human level, and prevent everything leads to underestimate him or humiliate him or intimidate him or detraction from his freedom or violation his sanctities or his creed.

Accordingly, Islam interests to give the victims of armed conflict (of the wounded, the sick, the dead, and shipwrecked, prisoners, and civilians) protection, respect, and decent humanitarian treatment, Moreover the protection of objects and civilian property, as Islam puts restrictions on the ways and means of fighting, so that no more than military necessity , so that the war in Islam is not permitted as a general rule, but there shall be of necessity, and necessity should not be exaggerated, as Islam puts controls to take up weapons to keep civilian life.

And it will be seen in this research) ethical controls for Combat operations in Islamic law) and this shows us the compatibility between (international humanitarian law), and (international humanitarian law in Islamic law) And the research consists of three chapters.
