Since Allah created his creation the human seeks to save himself and take guided him of the means to protect them from the threat and destruction, even enjoy a normal life .

But the clash of wills and human freedoms, the case without realizing it, and then displayed in every time and place different from injustice and abuse him to cruel, but when Islam came gives the man value and dignity of the human being, whether in peacetime or war.

This Search consist of introduction, three sections, and a conclusion.

In the introduction we dealt with the importance of research, and the reasons for choosing the topic, research objectives and purpose, and methodology of the research, and the research plan, and then came to talk about Islam and the rules of law IHL in the first section, and in the second section concerns the war in Islam, and the third section dealt talk about forbidden deeds during the war between Islam and international humanitarian law, and finally came Conclusion; and the most important findings and recommendations of the research.
