الملخص الإنجليزي

Islam has laid down the rules of justice, whether in war or peace.

These rules was strongly saved by Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him.

He instructed and emphasized his leaders and soldiers to obligate these rules and not violating them, in all his conquests.

This research tries to differentiate between civilian objects and military objects.

Furthermore, it investigates to answer some questions.

Are police stations and rehabilitation centers civilian objects or not ? Is civilian objects bombing justified or not regarding international humanitarian law ? Is civilian objects protection stipulated regarding Islamic law or not ? Researcher aims to provide legal materials.

He tries to assist specialists of occupation's leaders prosecution regarding their intended activities of violating civilian objects in Palestine in the presence of International Criminal Court.

On 01 / 04 / 2015, Palestine has officially signed the Rome agreement and became a member of the International Criminal Court.

The second paragraph of Article 8 of the Rome Statute, which is adopted in Rome on July 17,1998 regarding the International Criminal Court, considers the destruction of civilian objects "War Crime”.

Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949 consider attacks against civilian objects which are not military objects, persons, and their properties serious violations In conclusion, this research is critically important.

It explains all international agreements regarding the protection of civilian objects.
