الملخص الإنجليزي

Introduction : The Islamic Sharia is an international Sharia (Law), which addresses all of humanity and organizes the entire relations between Muslims and others, in peace and war.

It set binding rules, which shall not depart or deviate from it.

The Islamic Sharia has ensured protection for the victims of wars and humane treatment, whether it is international war or internal conflicts, and committed to the international humanitarian law principles since the dawn of Islam.

The Research Problem : How Islamic Sharia principles did deals with the International Humanitarian Law Principles, and to what extent contributed to the protection of victims of armed conflict.

Research Results : We emphasize that the Islamic sharia (law), provided more protection and more powerful guarantees for the parties of the conflict, and committed to all of the principles of international humanitarian law, and who shall violates those principles, will be punished by the penalty in this world and the hereafter.
