الملخص الإنجليزي

This study came to emphasizes the most important prisoners and detainees rights guaranteed by the Islamic law and international humanitarian law, in order to be a flash and a touch and contribute to the fulfillment of edification people to participate in the most prominent prisoners rights, which are subject to derogation and waste.

These rights are one of the necessities that are essential to prisoners such as the right to food, drink, shelter, clothing, health care and conservation of human dignity e.t.c.

The researcher subjected to talk about the efforts of protection of prisoners which confirmed by divine laws and manmade laws.

It did not seek the time allowed to write about the most prominent types violations of the Palestinian prisoners rights from the Israeli occupation.

The Observers and who compares the reality of the prisoners and their situation and the values of Islam and the principles of international humanitarian law can understand the truth about the prisoners' rights clearly.
