الملخص الإنجليزي

In the name of Allah the Merciful Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of God, and after : A search on the most prominent rights guaranteed by Islamic law and international law, and nourished each right irrefutable evidence to be proven to the elders, women and children; as this category is characterized by people weak either because of their inability or abuse of their rights such as women or to their young age, illustrated by an inability to fight, so it proved them a set of rights the case of armed conflict, such as the right to life and protect them from being killed or hurt the offending annihilated, as demonstrated by Islamic law and international humanitarian law have the right to the integrity of their bodies, the provision of food and drink, treatment, and prevention of torture and mutilation in their bodies.

Finally for this category shall be the right of the victory of the Islamic and international community if the prejudice of these rights occurred .

Recommendations : We recommend League of Arab States in compliance with what came our religion Islamic rights of the vulnerable and do to ensure those rights, and commitment to the right of the victory to them.

We recommend the United Nations High Commissioner and the parties that have signed the Geneva Convention and human rights conventions to follow up the conditions of the vulnerable during armed conflicts, and to stand for what promised to them by the body.

We recommend Committee of the Red Cross to carry out the tasks entrusted to it, and the protection of non-combatants and taking them to places of protection, and observance of human dignity.
