الملخص الإنجليزي

The objective of this research is to shed light on international humanitarian law between theory and application, and highlight the role of Islamic law in establishing human rights rules, and solving the problems of contemporary challenges, and the pursuit of the realization of the right everywhere and in every time and place, and to achieve peace, freedom and independence of all peoples of the world, especially the oppressed Palestinian people, in order to live in pride and dignity in the in the twenty one century The researchers follow the descriptive analytical method because its relevance of this kind of research, where two researchers take axis : First, International humanitarian law.

Second, Islamic law and its role in protecting human rights.

Third : The principles and rules of the Koran and some of the rulings of international humanitarian law.

Fourth : The basic principles in the armed conflicts from point of view of Islamic Sharia.

Fifth : The similarities between humanitarian law in Islam and international humanitarian law.

Sixth: When respects the rights of the Palestinians and the principles of international humanitarian law by Israel ? In light of the results of this research the two researchers offers a range of the following recommendations : 1.

disseminating and promoting the rules of international humanitarian law around the world.

2.

promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and legislation in the world of Islam.

3.

Providing guarantees for the application of the rules of law in peace and war time.

4.

Promoting the culture of human rights, and protect and defend them 5.

Victory for justice for the oppressed in the world, and to punish the perpetrators of crimes against humanity.

6.

Work on the formation of pressure groups to face contemporary challenges with regard to violations of human rights in peace and war time.

7.

Stripping criminals of war, and the perpetrators of crimes against humanity and defamation them, and pursue them globally.
