الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of this study is to determine the most important problems facing high studies students in faculty of education at Al Azhar University in Gaza and the ways to reduce it.

And detect whether there was a difference in the problems differ according to the study variables, "sex, profession, specialization, age." To achieve the objectives of the study , the researchers used the descriptive analytical method.

The questionnaire was applied on a sample of(65) high studies students, and after analyzing the data using the statistical program (spss) commonly used in the social sciences, the researchers found that the problems faced by high studies students in faculty of education at Al Azhar University in Gaza are in descending order as follows : The problems related to the sources of knowledge, where the mean is (21.32) and the percentage is (78.97).

And problems related to administrative aspects, where the arithmetic mean (28.78) and the relative weight (73.81).

And problems related to the students themselves, where the arithmetic mean (21.32) and the relative weight (78.97).

With regard to study variables that are "sex, occupation, specialization." There is no statistically significant differences, the variable age there are significant differences in favor of the age group 27-32 years, in the area of problems related to administrative aspects.

The study recommended the need for attention to the library and the provision of material support, and providing specialized modern references and periodicals necessary for scientific research.

And open to graduate students to use the library for a longer period, and the provision of financial support for graduate programs, and assist students who excelled in providing scholarships for them.
