الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed at determining the level of susceptibility the recommendations of educational researches in the filed of school administration for application of educational development programs in Palestine.

To achieve the above aims, the study used analytical descriptive approach and educational research questionnaire in the filed of school administration for application of educational development programs in Palestine as a tool for the study.

The study sample included 20 officials in the Ministry of Education, 77 principals (male, female) in the Directorate of West Gaza.

The study showed the following results: The recommendations of educational researches in the filed of school administration are applicable.

The first dimension "recommendations of educational researches results of the Ministry of Education" has got a relative weight (72,37 %) while the second dimension" The recommendation of educational researches results for principals with relative weight (75.53 %).

The study recommended major reform in the administrative system at the level of Ministry of Education, directorate and schools.

Besides provision of qualified trained and administrative able to develop continuously to bring about desired community and educational development.
