This paper aims to treat strategies and mechanisms that can be fabricated to overcome the obstacles that prevent the link between both ends of the syndrome (Women / policy), and it is the focus here on two aspects: first, about the limits of theoretical steps to the process of legislative employment inadvertently understand how to increase the chances of transmission of the aspirants to specific and then elected.

In the second point we will study in detail the mechanisms that proved to facilitate the representation of women and shows us most effective, namely the electoral system, by introducing inter sub-questions like: How and why this system to achieve a preference when compared with his counterparts to the presence of women? What are the most suitable for the representation of women in various environments electoral systems ?
