Most researchers focusing on the role of governmental bonds especially during the financial market development, in which it becomes a criteria that reflecting the economical policy achievements of any government.

This study that titled "The Governmental Bonds and Role its in Funding Budget; tried to discover the role of the governmental bonds in funding the government's budget.

This study is divided into three parts; in which the first one introduces and defines the governmental bonds as a financial funding resource of the government.

And explain firstly, the Budget in general and its tools, then, discussing the kinds of governmental bonds and its affections.

The second one, focusing on the development of using governmental bonds in funding the Iraqi budget from (2004-2013).

While the third one talked about a suggested policy to empowerment the role of the governmental bonds in the Iraqi budget
