The study aimed to measure the satisfaction of the students about the efficiency of the educational process in the Accounting Department at the Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Sana'a University, through a questionnaire distributed to the students of level four.

The questionnaire was randomly administered to 154 regular male and female students of level four.

The study focused on students’ satisfaction about the curriculum, their satisfaction about evaluation and correction process, and the efficiency of the teaching faculty members who teach them.

The study found a number of findings.

There is a partial satisfaction for the curriculum and its contents, no satisfaction about the followed correction and evaluation methods, an average satisfaction about the professors and their teaching performance, and no satisfaction about the teaching assistant staff.

The study concluded with the recommendations to reconsider the curriculum and evaluation and correction methods.

Further, there is a need to avoid deficiencies of faculty teaching members so as to achieve their efficiency that students look forward to.
