In a will of a renewal of the usual practices, Constantine's wilaya and academics join to throw the pilot project of rehabilitation of the street Mellah Slimane.

This project aspired to experiment the process of the urban project and to articulate it in the approach of dialogue.

Our objective was to analyse the conditions of the implementation of the approach of dialogue.

To bring to a successful conclusion this work, we leaned on the method of analysis of elements allowing the measure of the level of dialogue and the degree of implication of the various actors.

The experience demonstrated that in spite of the difficulty of the implementation of the process of dialogue, he allowed the membership of the population to the project, the opening up of sectors and facilitating the management of the project.

الملخص FRE

Dans une volonté de renouvellement des pratiques coutumières, la wilaya de Constantine et des universitaires s’associent pour lancer le projet pilote de réhabilitation de la rue Mellah Slimane.

Ce projet ambitionnait d’expérimenter le processus du projet urbain et de l’articuler à la démarche de concertation.

Notre objectif était d’analyser les conditions de mise en place de la démarche de concertatio .

Pour mener à bien ce travail, nous nous sommes appuyés sur la méthode d’analyse d’éléments permettant la mesure du niveau de concertation et le degré d’implication des différents acteurs.

L’expérience a démontré que malgré la difficulté de mise en place du processus de concertation, elle a permis l’adhésion de la population au projet, le décloisonnement des secteurs et la facilitation du pilotage du projet.
