The search in the four topics dealt with first topic general framework of the research, eating a second topic of electronic Islamic libraries theoretical study of the search, and the third on the electronic Islamic libraries study the process of the search, Eat fourth topic research findings and recommendations.

One of the conclusions that came out of research: 1-There is no specific definition of Islamic electronic libraries, and knew some Muslims Islamic site as large and rich library of information about Islam.

2- There are four types of Islamic electronic libraries first type represents an Islamic libraries, stand-alone and provide electronic information, species other three represent Islamic programs ready available through the CD, DVD, or services available via the Internet and can be downloaded via technology and electronic devices various, including computers and phones Smart and tablets.

3-The aim of the publication of the libraries may be suit for a variety Ahlu Sunna group such as Ahl al-Hadith Library or the Shiites forehand like Nargis Library.

4- The oldest Islamic libraries are the people of the Islamic House library and library path of Islam and the year of their inception in 1998.

And recommendations of the research: 1- The invitation to the Islamic government and private institutions to set up their sites via the Internet and display the load sources of information where the service and ensuring access for visitors to the sites serve the Islamic religion and spread his teachings and principles around the world.

2- invitation to Islamic libraries in the institutions and bodies, scientific and educational centers, including universities, colleges, institutes and Islamic schools transform their services from traditional to electronic saving over the internet
