الملخص الإنجليزي

The study of Iraq's history in its various stages is rich with political and military events which heavily affected the population economic and social life, this is one of the important historical studies, the historical sources have included wide and value information about an important stag of Iraq's history which is Albuehi domination stage.

In this study I have highlighted the era of the Caliph Al-Qadir BiAllah and the Caliph- Al-Qaim Bi- Amer Allah, because it is an important stage, as in the era of those two caliphs Iraq passed to a new phase of political recovery, both of them struggled and tried to restore the prestige of the Abbasid Caliphate and wrested from the Seljuk and Buyids.

We had discussed in this study the era of the Caliph Al-Qadir Bi-Allah and the most important actions taken by him against the Buyids to restore the glories of the Abbasid Caliphate, and the attitude of the Fatimid caliphate of these actions.

Then we mentioned the policy of the Caliph Al-Qaim Bi Amer Allah toward Buyids and Seljuk as he witnessed the eras of Buyids and Seljuks who entered Iraq to get rid of the Buyids, but what happened is a new Foreign domination replaced the first one
