الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed at identifying obstacles in communication to the student teacher in the Palestinian universities during training and ways to reduce them, To achieve the objectives of the study the two researchers have used the analytical descriptive method.

Questionnaire was applied on the random sample of (324) male and female students by 10% of the population of the study.

After analyzing the data statistically to the two researchers found : -That the communication obstacles faced by student teachers ranked as follows (the school administration, university, supervisor, student teacher, cooperating teacher), where the relative weights was (59.69 %, 57.57 %, 56.96 %, 54.91 %, 54.09 %) Consequently.

-No different communication obstacles for the student teacher in the Palestinian universities in training level due to sex (male, female).

-communication obstacles for the student teacher in the Palestinian universities differ in different specialty (literary, scientific) for the literary specialties in the total score and the supervisor , the cooperating teacher , the school administration and the university domains.

-No different communication obstacles for the student teacher in the Palestinian universities in different specialty (specialties literary, scientific disciplines) in the student teacher domain.

- There are statistically significant differences in the obstacles of communication between the student teacher in Islamic University and Al Azhar University in after cooperating teacher , university student and the teacher and the total score in favor of Al-Azhar University, while there is no statistically siqnificant differences in the domain of supervisor and cooperating teacher domain.

- There are statistically significant differences in the obstacles of communication between the student teacher in Islamic University and Al Quds open University in domain of cooperating teacher , university student and the teacher and the total score in favor of AlQuds open University, while no statistically siqnificant differences in the domain of management of the school and university.

The study recommended the need to take into account the type of school, and the specialize of the student, sex, and the academic level and place of residence, when distributing of student teachers in the schools, and hold training sessions about communication for employees in education, training supervisor in the Palestinian universities, and specify a manager to oversee the training in each university and continues to communicate with the competent authorities in education and other universities, and a joint meeting between the supervisors of the field training at universities to exchange experiences and develop the foundations for the training process to increase the communication among them.
