The search goal to investigate the effect of the use of the survey strategy directed at solving mathematical problems and mathematical thinking at fourth grade students Gaza development researcher used the experimental method (experimental and control group) and the search sample consisted of 76 female students from the fourth grade students Almamooneya school and divided the sample into two groups consisted of 38 female students, for the purposes of the search prepared by the researcher tests (solve mathematical problem, mathematical thinking), the search concluded that the results of the search to the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in telemetric who studied the strategy of the survey directed and who studied in the traditional way on the total score of the test solution mathematical problems and the test the mathematical thinking differences, and the differences in favor of the experimental group, and in the light of the results of the search researcher recommends the use of the survey strategy directed at solving mathematical problems and thinking in mathematics among students in the primary stage development, urged the supervisors، and school administration the training of teachers to the survey-oriented strategy, and to encourage them to employ them in teaching.
