الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed to clarify the difficulties of communication between supervisors and teachers of technology in the Gaza Strip and ways of its development according to the view of teachers of technology , and to achieve this is to use descriptive analytical method, the study sample (60) teachers of technology, as the researchers set up and tool design study consisted of (44), paragraph spread over (4) main points are (difficulties related to the Supervisor of technology ,difficulties related to teacher of technology, difficulties related to school principal difficulties related to the Directorate of Education and Ministry), the study found the following results : -difficulties of communication between supervisors and teachers of technology in the Gaza Strip and ways of its development according to the view of teachers of technology, the following order of this is: the first the difficulties related to the Directorate of Education and Ministry, second, difficulties related to school principal, third, difficulties related to teacher of technology, fourth, difficulties related to the Supervisor of technology.

-Results show that at the significance level (µ < or = 0.05) according to the teachers of technology in the Gaza Strip, difficulties of communication between supervisors and teachers of technology.

-The researcher offered recommendations towards breaking down the difficulties of communication, and the suggested ways to ban the difficulties of communication.
