الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to propose a vision for the use of high school students in Palestine to the Internet as intermediary communicative distance learning.

The researchers used the analytical descriptive survey approach in this study.

The sample consisted of (400) high school students and (100) high school teacher.

The researchers prepared two questionnaires, the first for using Internet in education by the high school teachers, the second for using Internet in education by the high school students.

The study found that, special requirements must be available for teachers and students to use the Internet in education.

In light of these results, the researchers put several axes of the suggested proposal in order to provide the requirements for the using Internet by high school students in Palestine, themes begin with targets, the problems, obstacles that prevent students of using Internet in education, operational steps to implement the vision, and finally the steps proposed to generalize this perception.
