The voice inimitability of the Quran is one of many inimitability types that support the fact of Quran is the speech of Mighty Allah.

The study focuses on voice inimitability of the Quran by looking at the Quran recital (Tajwid) as it comes in the first stage of understanding the language of holy Quran and deliver its message.

Therefore, the recite is a science and basics, and it shapes the Quranic verses by voice which contributes in showing the inimitability of the holy Quran to reach to the meaning of mighty Allah’s aim by revelation of Quran.

The study aims as well to highlight one of the most beautiful voices in reciting Quran among Quran recitation’s schools in Arab Land generally and Iraq specifically.

In fact, Mighty Allah has given Islamic nation many talented reciters; the first recitation school was in Basrah and Kufah when they were the center of knowledge at that time.

The reason of choosing Al Hafidh Khalil Ismail not any other reciter as a modern model is his great abilities and outstanding talent in recitation, beside his popularity among people in Iraq and Islamic world.

His rich voice touched all the Muslims all over the world, therefore his voice is a phenomenon that is worthy to look at and study.

Within the study, a look will be taken on intonation and its relation with tuning in expressing Quran stories and their admonition to emphasize on the bounds of the nature of literary expression between emotions and voice system and their deep influence on hearers.

The study reveals these bound by using Surat “Fusilat” by Al Hafidh Khalil Ismail voice as a model, focusing on Al Hafidh’s extraordinary talent which was refined by his study on the hands of famous religious scientists: Al-Shaikh QasiM Al-Qaisi and AL-Shaikh Najmulddin Al-Waa’idh.

The study refers as well to the opinions and claims of some critics in this field that are published in their official sites.

The study highlights the most prominent features in Al-Hafidh’s voice which is known by abundance of intonation and the variety of tuning.

The methodology of the study was divided into four sections, the first one discusses voice inimitability, the second discusses the recitation science and Tajwid, the third discusses the role of the reciters in highlighting voice inimitability- Al Hafidh Khalil Ismail as a model and the forth discusses Surat “Fusilat” which was one of the reason to conduct this study.

All these sections come after an introduction and followed by conclusion with some comments on what was discussed in precious sections, then finally the list of references.
