الملخص الإنجليزي

Israel launched three wars from 2008 up to 2014 on Gaza; each of them has given a name of ideological Zionist significance.

Firstly, Israel gave 2008 / 2009 war the name of Cast lead in which the Israeli forces consumed half of the Air Force’s supplies, attacking Palestinians targets in Gaza Strip for the sake of eradicating the Palestinian resistance.

Second, Israel initiated Pillar of Defense operations in 2012 after assassinating Ahmed Jabari, the second-in-command of the military wing of Hamas.

Furthermore, Israel commenced its third war on Gaza Strip in 2014, naming it Protective Edge.

It is worth mentioning that Israel has violated all the principles of International Humanitarian law, and human rights, which give protection to civilians during wars.

Israeli Forces has over-used power, and weapon during these three wars.

It has used, moreover, internationally prohibited weapons, and stroked civil, cultural, and religious institutions, which are granted complete protection during wars by the international human rights treaties.

Besides, it has targeted intentionally relief and medical bodies, used civilians as human shields, demolished infrastructure, and brutally annihilated residential areas.

This study sheds light on and observes the Israeli infringement of human rights and international law.
