The current research is aimed at "the performance of the Arabic language teachers according to of the calendar model for learning Marzano dimensions." To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the search tool note card, and consisted of (35) paragraph finalized distributed on the dimensions of the five learning model Marzano, after he displayed a researcher at a group of experts and arbitrators, then confirm the veracity of the tool and its stability, and put in front of paragraphs three alternatives to determine the performance level of a (large), and (average), and (weak).

Society has included research on all Arab language teachers in the province of Dhi Qar for the academic year (2014-2015) totaling (2258), a sample was selected representative of the population original strength (200) teacher.

After applying and unloading data, analyzed and processed statistically program packages Statistical Social Sciences tool (SPSS), the researcher suggested a number of results that was notably: check the level of performance of the Arabic language teachers in the first field (the first dimension: positive attitudes towards learning).

The other areas of the field (the second dimension: the acquisition and integration of knowledge), and the area (the third dimension: to deepen knowledge and refined), and the area (the fourth dimension: to use a sense of knowledge), and the field (fifth dimension: the habits of mind produced), did not reach the level of performance according to of learning model for Marzano dimensions.

In light of this, it concluded the researcher's conclusions, including: the low performance of the Arabic language teachers in the areas of the four dimensions of learning level.

The researcher recommended a number of recommendations including: increasing the awareness of the Arabic language teachers towards the use of model Marzano, and providing them with expertise and teaching skills.

And the establishment of training courses, workshops and model lessons, scientific meetings, and visits drawn so as to rehabilitate Arabic language teachers, to be able to do future duties as required.

The researcher has suggested a number of proposals that were most important: a study on evaluating the performance of the Arabic language teachers in the light of learning model for Marzano dimensions in junior high or middle school.

And a study on evaluating the performance of the Arabic language teachers according to of learning model dimensions.
