The aim of this study was to investigate the current situation of the educational supervision within basic level at Alburgaig Locality, Administrative Argo Unit from teachers’ point of view.

The researcher has used the descriptive method.The researcher has used the questionnaire in collection of information.

Study population consists of teachers from both sexes within basic level at Argo Unit; they are (401) teachers divided into (110) teachers from male and (291) teachers from female.

The researcher has selected an intended sample consists of (103) teachers from both sexes within Argo unit within basic level at North State with estimated percentage (25,71) from study population divided into (28) teachers from male and (75) teachers from female.

And the used statistical styles which are exemplified as such: percentage, frequencies, mean.

The researcher has come out with the following findings: Educational supervisor respects the rules of classroom visit and applies them with less percentage estimated by (60.2%).

Educational supervisor provides the teacher with satisfied information about teaching methods and educational aids with less percentage estimated by (97.1%).

Educational supervisor takes care of pupils in all educational cases in which who is in charge with less percentage estimated by (92.2%).

Educational supervisor provides the teacher with satisfied information about study course with less percentage estimated by (89.3%).

Educational supervisor takes care of developing and improving professional and humanitarian relations within school work with less percentage estimated by(82.57%).

Educational supervisor helps in connections school with the local environment with less percentage estimated by (78.

6%).

The researcher recommends with the following recommendations: Priority system should be canceled in educational supervisors’ selection.

Means of transport should be provided to educational supervisors when they want to visit schools.

Educational supervisors’ money should be paid in time.
