We shall treat with research and study ,the concept and the content of the cultural properties, by our relay on the existence of an important changes concerning the appearence of new ideas and fundamental rules in the International Human Law, then what do we mean by the cultural properties ? what is the nature of these properties ? and is there any judicial frame that protects these properties ?.

We have divided the research into : The first request : definition of the cultural properties that are whole covered by protection.

The secand request : the nature of the protected properties.

The third request : the legal impacts of the cultural properties ?.

Nous traiterons avec la recherche et l'étude, le concept et le contenu des biens culturels, par notre relais sur l'existence de changements importants concernant l'apparition de nouvelles idées et règles fondamentales dans le droit international de l'homme, alors que voulons-nous dire par le Propriétés culturelles? Quelle est la nature de ces propriétés? Et existe-t-il un cadre judiciaire qui protège ces propriétés? Nous avons divisé la recherche en: La première demande: définition des biens culturels couverts par la protection.
