As the marshes represent an exceptional environmental example in the Delta system , and oasis in a highly temperature environment , and this make it enter the (Ramsar) convention for wet lands and the " UNISCO" List as natural protectorate, and one of the fewest areas in the world which have a special and the biggest site to keep the biological diversity in save including the sites which contain species that threat in extinction , beside that it represented civilized heritage by the archeological sites belong to ancient era of culture origins which support the civilized development and gives its productions to all humanity ,in order to represent cultural treasures most countries which have such sites try to invest it so as to communicate with their past , and to accomplish economic development by revival it, at the same time do not leave them as embalmed entities preventing other development operations .

For all of that the aim of research have been born, which state that" activate the role of monuments in development tourism to perfection the economical, social, and environmental situation in the marshes of southern Thi-Qar in the future for 25yeares between (2016-2041) period by investment locational potentialies in the development tourism and maintenance agricultural land, oil field and irrigation projects and avoid expantion on them.

Therefore, to invest the locational potentialies and avoid the limitation, with harmony of the unique environmental, nature of society and originality of monuments, so we have to look for an approach aims to activate the existing site potentiality in the study area by using spatial analysis method of geographical information system GIS to get land suitability , in order to fix its its personality supports and develop it tuoristicaly according to its social , environmental , historical recuirments throw the concept of "revival tourism" which use the location potentialies in archeological sites in unique environmental the special human represented the dynamic element by heritage traditions from ancestor which had originality civilization all of that represented an entity include many elements to form a factor of higher attraction of tourism.
