Social media has become the meeting of global pressure in the twenty-first century, and became a source of concern to many Governments, as is the case for face book , wiki licks and twitter which caused fear in many countries.

At the beginning , the networks were used in the social networking chat and chat programs and to download emotional freight, but it seems that the wave of maturity proceeded in the arteries of those social networks, where youth exchange views cultural, literary and political rights, and settled matter recently that those social sites of many young people, especially the youth of the Arab region have exploited that space to exchange their views in order to improve the pace of political, social and economic life.
