This study aims to determine the forms and representations of stress, and how it affects the mental health among health sector workers We know that work is linked to a number of conditions, which are available on the physical level and moral in order to save the psychological and social of living conditions for workers.

That any defects on this construction necessarily will affect the profitability of the worker, not to mention the mental state affected by the disruption of inter raised these conditions, including the professional pressure, which is generated as a result of the organisation of work, the psychological state of the worker, the value of work, how he conceived his effort.

In this context, we studied the descriptive analysis the goal is to detect the occupational stress among health sector workers in Tiaret.
