The study aims to clarify the political role of the Islamic action Front (IAF), which played the role in activating the democratic process in Jordan since its foundation and won the Jordanian people's trust, which accordingly, led many people to seek its membership.

The study showed high percentage among the Front members with academic qualifications, especially those in leadership positions.

This reflected the understanding of the Front leaders of the political process and to their real desire to participate effectively in the democratic process.

The organizational structure of the front reflected a wide experience in the democratic process.

The inside work emphasized on accountability and the practices of freedom of expression.

Since its establishment, the IAF proved accountability and participation in the political process without promoting the overthrown of the regime by any means.

The study concludes that the IAF is considered as a model and an active agent of the process of democratization in Jordan.

This is regardless of the criticism of its work if it's compared with successful examples of the Islamic Parties that led the democratic process in countries such as Turkey.
